Contracts and Compliance Manager Permanent

We are currently working with a very successful leading technology recruitment business currently working with incredible opportunities across Europe. Due to internal promotion and a surge in business success they are seeking a contracts and compliance manager to focus on Continental Europe placements based in London.

As Contracts and Compliance Manager you will be working across the whole business offering advice, negotiating terms and amending non-standard client documentation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing, amending and changing non-standard client documentation
• Negotiating terms and conditions
• Ensuring the business is completely protected from legal and commercial risk
• Contract negotiation with clients and suppliers
• Providing commercial advice and escalating any legal and operational risks to the company
• Assistance with visa/work permit/residence permit applications
• Basic employment law practices
• Accurate drafting, negotiation and coordination of all contractual documentation for the supply of consultancy services delivered across Europe
• Drafting standard contracts to be sent to clients for their agreement
• Developing company-wide employment policies on sensitive areas such as Social Media
• Working with the contractor and placement onboarding to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
• Dealing with HR issues such as variations to employment contracts

Experience Desired:

• A successful and reputable background in contract and compliance management
• Diligent, organised individual
• Be incredibly confident in communication and negotiation skills
