Learning and Development Consultant

Basic salary £45,000 + 20% bonus.

If you are passionate about Learning and Development in recruitment then we are currently working exclusively with a digital and creative recruitment business and they are looking for a proven trainer, someone who knows recruitment inside out and is likely to have been a recruitment consultant before wanting to take that leap into learning and development.

The business are truly inspirational, they have just opened another office in Europe and you will be working within all their offices in training and development of their graduates and new starters, which includes using your recruitment and training experience to develop and implement a new programme for junior recruiters. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to really build their training career with a reputable business.

You will be given the infrastructure and budget to really put your stamp on the business. Working one to one with the head of Learning and Development your responsibilities will be:

• Providing daily group, one to one training sessions with consultants
• Helping develop the internal training programme for graduates and juniors
• Onboarding of graduates, helping them join previous consultants as big billers in their first year.
• Working one to one with senior individuals in the business, inputting your ideas and understanding what is needed from training and helping build infrastructure

Skills required:

• You will have a successful track record in recruitment, that being as a recruitment consultant or a learning and development consultant at a reputable business
• You will be confident in your approach and really thrive off individuals doing well
• You will be sales driven, as the role gives a very strong bonus.
