Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketing activity and relationships across global recruitment marketing channels
• Maintain website; evaluating and optimising content performance
• Take ownership of internal referral programme and it’s engagement across the group
• Work with team to plan and activate internal and external marketing campaigns
• Support the team on projects across digital marketing, communications and events along with day-to-day marketing tasks.
• Building relationship with key internal stakeholders

About You

• Formal marketing qualification (Degree / CIM)
• Practical knowledge of the recruitment industry.
• Background of working with senior stakeholders in a corporate environment.
• Confident meeting deadlines in a high-performance environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Keep up to date with marketing trends, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry developments.
