Operations Manager Permanent

We are currently working with an award-winning technology recruitment business who are expanding their European influence. Due to internal promotion they are seeking a diligent Operations Manager to join their back office and take over a very successful operations team in their London headquarters.

As an Operations Manager you will be working the operational side of the business your role will be fundamental to the everyday smooth running of the entire brand; you and your team will be providing support to the whole sales team from Associates to Directors.

Your responsibilities include:

• Using Bullhorn you will ensure your team are consistently market mapping technology companies making sure that the database is always of highest quality in technology talent across Europe.
• Ensuring the company database is always up to date
• Leading, driving and inspiring your team of Juniors / Associates to showcase excellence ensuring they are meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Manage the onboarding process of all new starters across all sectors of the business in every office in Europe
• Being the first point of contact for anything operational or back office within the business.
