Operations Manager Permanent

Your responsibilities as an Operations Manager at a Recruitment Business:

• Be confident in managing outsourced relationships including Finance and IT
• Finance: Control all bookkeeping, Pay and Bill of contractors, Credit Control etc spotting issues before they arise.
• IT: Ensuring they are getting upmost value from all supplies within their technology region, including if there is a problem it is solved straight away with minimal disruption.
• Finger on the pulse for legislation so they are ahead of the curve on IR35, European Contractors, GDPR etc
• Looking at rectech and outside AI to automate and improve the overall running of the business and make efficiencies.
• Plan incentives and top performers trips – also take control of budgeting with these
• Provide analysis on business performance to sales managers through monthly presentations and informal forums
• Team leadership: you will be taking over the leadership of one contract and compliance specialist and one marketing individual.

Your skills and experience as an Operations Manager at a Recruitment Business:

You must have had experience in Operations Management of a recruitment business previously.
