Senior Internal Recruiter Permanent

With the opening of their first overseas recruitment office in July 2019, and rapid-growth plans for their London office we are working with an incredibly successful professional services recruitment business and they are looking for an Internal Recruiter to help them achieve their ambitions.

Taking on the day-to-day processes of  recruitment mainly graduate level hires you will be excited by growth, excited by a fast-paced environment and thrive in a role that comes with a lot of responsibility and expectations.

Being responsible for the sourcing, screening, attracting, and managing the interview process for all vacancies, this role will see you juggling multiple vacancies at any one time and kept very busy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graduate, Senior & Director level candidates tracking, sourcing and engagement for immediate hire
• Conducting phone and face to face interviews
• Reporting to the Director of People and engaged daily with the owners of the business
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage
• Offer delivery (and closing) and managing on-boarding
• Supporting to devise recruitment strategy and responsible for the delivery of that strategy
• Management of job-boards & agencies

The Ideal Candidate:

• Be a hugely motivated individual
• Have graduated with a full degree
• Experience as an Internal Recruiter at an agency is preferred
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Be a great communicator, influencer and able to understand the motivations and drivers of recruiters and talent of all levels.
