Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiter

Basic £30,000 plus competitive commission

We are currently working exclusively with an amazing, creative and award-winning recruitment business and due to a huge surge in success and investment into their Learning and Development Programme they’re looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to completely take over their graduate hiring.

Ideally you will have experience and relationships recruiting graduates for recruitment or previous sales roles. You will be a proven go getter and be driven by sales and hitting targets, as well as being instrumental in the growth of the business. With this, comes amazing opportunity to grow your internal recruitment career with a business who have recently opened an office in Berlin

Your responsibilities as Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiter

• Sourcing and selecting high calibre graduates daily by using a varied of different means including headhunting, job adverts, and networking
• You will be doing the first stage interviews and funnelling the process as efficiently as possible
• You will work with the head of L+D on the onboarding process of graduates and juniors
• Attending networking events and graduate fairs to get the word out
• Promote the business

Skills and Attributes

Be sales orientated and be a people person, using your natural skillset to attract and retain graduate talent

Know recruitment and sales inside out, the push and pull factors particularly for graduates and junior talent

Be results driven and a natural networker.
